The meeting was opened at 7:30 a.m., with President Senecal officiating.
General
On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Brian White and unanimously accepted, the Board approved the 2023 – 2024 BOCES Administrative Budget in the amount of $13,492,132, as recommended by the Superintendent.
On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Brian White and unanimously accepted, the Board elected Nancy Del Prado, Mohonasen Central School District, to serve on the BOCES Board of Education, for the term July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, as recommended by the Superintendent.
On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Brian White and unanimously accepted, the Board elected Naomi Hoffman, Shenendehowa Central School District, to serve on the BOCES Board of Education, for the term July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, as recommended by the Superintendent.
On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Brian White and unanimously accepted, the Board elected Catherine Lewis, Schenectady City School District, to serve on the BOCES Board of Education, for the term July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, as recommended by the Superintendent.
On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Brian White and unanimously accepted, the Board elected John Phelan, Guilderland Central School District, to serve on the BOCES Board of Education, for the term July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, as recommended by the Superintendent.
Adjournment
On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Heather Soroka and unanimously accepted, the Board adjourned the meeting at 7:36 a.m.
