The meeting was opened at 5:06 p.m., with President Amanda Cavanaugh officiating.
General
On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Heather Soroka and unanimously accepted, the Board entered into executive session at 5:06 p.m. to discuss matters related to the:
- Director of Special Education search; and
- Superintendent search.
Adjourn Executive Session and Reconvene
On a motion by Sheri Senecal, seconded by Mary Beth Whited and unanimously accepted, the Board adjourned executive session and reconvened the meeting at 8:50 p.m., for the purposes of receiving and certifying the election and budget vote results.
Receive & Certify Election and Budget Vote Results
On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Heather Soroka and unanimously accepted, the Board received and certified the vote for the election of two Board Members for the Board of Education, each for a three-year term, beginning July 1, 2021 and received and certified the results of the School District Budget vote, as recommended by the Superintendent. The results are as follows:
