The meeting was opened at 7:19 A.M., with President Sheri Senecal officiating.
Appointment of District Clerk Pro Tem
On a motion by Jeffrey Shellenberger, seconded by Steven Hoffman and unanimously accepted, the Board approved the appointment of Dr. Lori S. Caplan as District Clerk Pro-Tem for the purpose of taking the minutes of the meeting.
General
On a motion by Jeffrey Shellenberger, seconded by Heather Soroka and unanimously accepted, the Board approved the 2018 – 2019 BOCES Administrative Budget in the amount of $9,312,288.00, as recommended by the Superintendent.
On a motion by Jeffrey Shellenberger, seconded by Heather Soroka and unanimously accepted, the Board elected the following candidates to serve on the BOCES Board of Education, as recommended by the Superintendent:
- Mr. Jeffrey Bradt, Cohoes City School District
- Mrs. Lynne Lenhardt, Bethlehem Central School District
- Mrs. Barbara Mauro, Niskayuna Central School District
Adjournment
On a motion by Jeffrey Shellenberger, seconded by Steven Hoffman, and unanimously accepted, the Board adjourned the meeting at 7:20 a.m.
