Looking for ways to improve your health or just stay healthy in 2019? Stop by the school district’s annual Wellness Fair on Tuesday, January 15 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Watervliet Jr./Sr. High School for information about mindfulness, fitness, mental health, stress management, and more.
The event is open to the community and will feature interactive activities and free resources presented by local health and wellness organizations and professionals. Admission is FREE!
